It is proven indeed that running aids us in weight loss as it burns more calories the longer we run. A good 60-minute daily run is a good habit to build if you are trying to lose weight or just maintain it.

Races may be canceled but, there is still hope!
A lot of them got converted into virtual runs so, you'll still have a chance to get that medal. You can finish the race at the comforts of your own home using a treadmill or run around your village. There are also challenges in running apps that everyone can join in.
5. TO BE ABLE TO EAT YOUR FAVORITE FOOD

Nothing beats good food after a long and tiring run. since runners need all the energy from food, they're allowed to eat as much since they'll be burning a lot of calories during a run. run to eat is a good way to stay motivated.
6. RUN WITH FRIENDS OR WITH YOUR DOG
Bored at home? Call your friends and go for a run.
Try to explore new routes this time. Sometimes, your friends will even knock on your door and drag you for a run on a random day. You can also bring your dog with you to make it more fun. It will also benefit your pet!
7. STAYING PREPARED FOR NEXT YEAR
Stay positive amidst the pandemic! Races may be canceled but might be able to resume next year. A lot of runners continue running and stick to their training despite what is happening now. Some runners are into doing a 7day run streak.
